The exceptional accommodations feature a cozy blue whirlpool/fireplace suite, romantic burgundy whirlpool/fireplace suite and deluxe whirlpool/fireplace suite with private parking for up to six vacationers. You can enjoy our candle light room-service-breakfast, which is also served in the courtyard, balcony or under the big tree in the garden in good weather. Picnic baskets are available upon request at ourpet friendly Niagara-on-the-Lake home, where both English and German languages are used for communication.You'll enjoy Shaw Festival, carriage rides, pubs and the scenic beauty of waterfront besides teeing off in first class golf courses while you stay at this Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed & Breakfast home. You can also visit Seaworld and casinos in less than 20 minutes from our home. Don't forget to use our complementary bikes, which are available to make your stay more convenient.

Payment Policy: All rates are in Canadian Dollars. The Cozy Blue Whirlpool Suite:The rate for this room is $145 CA per night in season (May to Nov) or $135 CA during week (Sunday to Thursday) in off-season (Dec.- April). One night rate from Mid-May to End-September on weekends is $195 CA. This rate applies year around for one-night on Holidays as well. The Romantic Burgundy Whirlpool Suite:The rate for this room is $145 CA per night in season (May to Nov) or $135 CA during week (Sunday to Thursday) in off-season (Dec.- April). One night rate from Mid-May to End-September on weekends is $195 CA. This rate applies year around for one-night on Holidays as well. The Deluxe Suite:The rate for this room is $174 CA per night in season based on two night stay (May - Nov) and weekends or $225 CA for one night on. weekends from Mid-May to End-September & Holidays. Otherwise the rate is $199 year around for one night on the weekend. We accept VISA, MC, cash and moneyorder All rates are applicable to GST (5% Goods and Service Tax) As of January 2008 the exchange $ US to $ CA is more or less even and the exchange on creditcards may vary daily. Please note: We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy permits rebate of deposit,only if more than 14 days notice is given or the room(s) can be booked otherwise. A $15 cancellation/handling fee applies to all cancellations!For dog companions please note, an additional cleaning fee of $25 applies! Total room payment is due if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the first booked date, unless the room(s)is rebooked.
